Refund Policy

At MSK House of Spice, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of food service and food safety regulations, all sales are final once an order has been picked up, delivered or accepted by the customer.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once food has left our possession or has been accepted by customer.

If there is an issue with your order, it must be reported prior to accepting meal whenever possible. Any approved refund considerations are solely at the discretion of management and must be addressed before the order is completed, picked up or delivered.

For food safety reasons, exchanged food items cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
